I don't get it. I know that you hate the progressive extension of car seat laws. That's not in doubt. But your link and the context don't explain anything beyond that.
Sort of the symbol of my hatred for my governor is car seats. Illinois' ridiculous dedication to the raising of the age and weight was his baby early on.
