Credit where due (again)

The ban on HIV-positive persons traveling to the US appears to have been lifted: it has passed both chambers and Bush is likely to sign it. Bush is a scumbag and demagogue on the whole gay thing, but he has always been relatively responsible with HIV policy, and this is nothing if not overdue.
