I have a really hard time believing this is not photoshopped, but I saw it in a couple of "respectable" sites, and wow. Just wow. Does she think she's still a beauty pageant queen? Can you imagine any other sitting governor of either gender composing a picture like that, let alone publicly releasing it?
She's seriously whacked out.
